At N. Marie Events, our partial planning services are designed for couples who want expert guidance in key areas while still being in control of their wedding planning journey. We’re here to help you refine your vision, connect you with our trusted list of preferred vendors, and offer ongoing support through email at any time and scheduled phone calls starting 6-8 months before your wedding. About 3–4 months out, we’ll create a personalized timeline to ensure every detail is thoughtfully planned.
Our services include coordinating a venue walkthrough and rehearsal to make sure everything is in place, along with offering guidance for your floor plan design based on your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception needs. We’ll also assist with organizing and setting up your personal décor, such as place cards, favors, and other special touches. On your big day, we’ll manage vendor coordination, oversee the setup, and ensure everything flows smoothly, so you can relax and fully enjoy your celebration.

• Assistance with Floor Plan Design and Guidance: Planner will assist with floor plan design based on the floor plan provided by the venue and caterer, offering guidance to ensure the layout is optimal for your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception.
• Review of Vendor Contracts: Assistance with reviewing and ensuring vendor contracts align with your needs.
• Venue Walkthrough and Rehearsal Coordination: Coordination of a venue walkthrough and rehearsal to finalize logistics.
• Organization and Setup of Personal Décor: Assistance with organizing and setting up personal décor items such as place cards, favors, and other wedding day details.

• Vendor Coordination on Wedding Day: Management of vendor communication and coordination on the wedding day.
• Setup Oversight: Supervision of décor and setup to ensure everything is in place.
• Flow Coordination: Seamless management of ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception transitions to ensure a smooth event.
• Day-of Coordination: Lead planner provides up to 12 hours of on-site support, including a second coordinator for up to 8 hours, to ensure flawless execution.

• Delivery Oversight: Verification of vendor deliveries for accuracy and readiness.
